KCL Tackle started with our love of Fishing and has grown into our family owned and operated business.  I am also a full time firefighter.  We started out about 5 years ago just selling to family, friends and other firefighters then a light went off in our heads and the birth of KCL Tackles online store occurred.

KCL Tackle has secured 2 new suppliers.  this is due to the fact that in December of 2008 our main supplier for the last few years got out of the fishing tackle business.  The banks wouldn’t give them any more loans unless they got rid of their fishing products.

We have gone from 10,000+ products on our website down to about 750. We are continually adding our new suppliers products to our stock and our website. Please email us if we dont have what your looking for on the website



We boast over a 90% in stock rate of our on line products.  In the rare occasion  KCL Tackle or our suppliers don't have your items in stock we will give you the option of a  full refund or to leave it on back order. We will email or call you with the options.

 



Merchandise Return Policy.

To return your merchandise You must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) from KCL Tackle.  You must email the exchange request to Admin@kcltackle.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time a return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be Issued. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

  • All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
  • Original packaging.
  • Original invoice or receipt.
  • You will receive your refund as soon as we receive your package in like new condition

Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return information for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

 

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
  4. You will receive your refund as soon as we receive your package in like new condition

  

 We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
