About KCL Tackle and the Lundgren Family
KCL Tackle started with our love of Fishing and has grown into our family owned
and operated business. I am also a full time firefighter. We started out in 2003
just selling to family, friends and other firefighters then a light went off in
our heads and the birth of KCL Tackles online store occurred.
We here at KCL Tackle are avid recreational fishermen. We realize that fishing
for some of us is a passion not just a hobby. We here at KCL Tackle enjoy
Fishing with our family and friends.
We strive to give you the personal customer service and satisfaction we would
like from any company we deal with.

All of our rates are figured by UPS real time prices. We do not charge extra for shipping like some other websites do.
Some of our clearance items may come USPS if we feel we can get them to you quicker and they are a small item.
Our price on web specials is limited to quantity on hand and not good on any other quantity or back orders. If the quantity available isn't listed on our website please email us @ Admin@kcltackle.com and ask. Please include an item number.
We do accept international orders and do ship to most countries around the
globe. Our international orders are not done directly through our website.

Admin@kcltackle.com with the items you would like to order. We will send you an invoice through PayPal. You do not have to be a
PayPal member and you can use your regular credit card or PayPal it is your
choice.

All international orders are shipped United States Postal Service priority international mail. We have found that it is half the cost of UPS. This has a tracking number and delivery confirmations. In most cases USPS claims 6 to 10 days shipping time but we have seen it take as long as 14 days on rare occasions.
Most international shipping prices start at $30.00 usd. The buyer is responsible for all import taxes. We will not mark an item as a gift to avoid these.
Out of stock items and back orders top
Although our products are usually in stock either here or in the warehouse. If for some reason they are not in stock, we do not like to place back orders but we will if the customer insists and the product is still available. We cannot guarantee the arrival times and back orders can not be canceled.
We At KCL Tackle recognize that our customers, visitors, and
friends are concerned about the information they provide to us,
and how we treat that information.
We respect the privacy of all of our visitors and customers. We
will NEVER sell, share, rent or trade your personal information
to other companies for any purpose. The only exception to this
policy occurs if the item you have ordered is out of stock and
we can get your item shipped directly to you from the warehouse.
If this does occur your mailing information will be provided to
our warehouse for shipping purposes only. Your information will
not be used for any marketing or mailing lists.
We at KCL Tackle realize that there are times when items need to be returned. We will try to accommodate you and make this return happen as smoothly as possible. We do not generally accept returns on special orders, but this will be decided on a case by case basis.
We will also only accept returns on items in like new condition with the original packaging and paperwork. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of you receiving your order.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. This is usually reserved for frequent returners.
To return your merchandise or if you have any questions about returns please contact us by email: Admin@kcltackle.com or call us 951-533-0691 to receive a Return order # (RO #). Once you receive your RO # the return process can begin.
